Often referred to as the "Oscar of the Brazilian Insurance Market," the Talentos de Seguros Campaign recognizes the best professionals in a highly competitive environment, engaging commercial teams and thousands of partner brokers across Brazil. This campaign showcases the extensive national reach of the Segurador Group and market leadership. Winners are honored with the Talento de Seguros Trophy at a special event that gathers the country's top professionals in Comandatuba, in southern Bahia.

The “Talento de Seguros Campaign" distinguishes professionals who excel at identifying client needs and innovating in a constantly evolving market. By doing so, they contribute to providing greater protection to families and businesses nationwide through the bank insurance's portfolio. To win, candidates must deliver outstanding monthly results throughout the year, with the winner being the one who achieves 100% of their objectives and accumulates the highest insurance premiums during the fiscal year. This national competition is divided into categories reflecting each participant's role in the market, competing for the prestigious title of “Oscar" in the Brazilian insurance industry.

Best Commercial Manager Specialist

In the 14th edition of the campaign, where I was a winner, 25,000 insurance professionals participated. In the Commercial Manager category, I competed with 8,049 professionals, with only 30 emerging victorious. My achievement was recognized with the title of Best Commercial Manager Specialist in Brazil, reflecting my extraordinary commitment and dedication to the insurance market.

Winner of the

"Jogos das Estrelas" Award

The "Jogo das Estrelas" (Game of Stars) is a traditional sports event organized by one of the greatest football players in history, Arthur Antunes Coimbra, better known as Zico. Zico is celebrated as the greatest player in Flamengo's history and one of Brazil's greatest footballers alongside Pelé, earning the nickname "White Pelé."

"Jogos das Estrelas" Award

In 2004, this renowned player conceived a charity match to bring together great football stars in a spectacular sporting event. Thus, the "Jogo das Estrelas" was born, an annual event that transforms Rio de Janeiro into the epicenter of football enthusiasts worldwide. This charity match, held at the end of the year, gathers top players from yesterday, today, and always, attracting around 50,000 people to the Maracanã Stadium each year.

Bradesco Seguros is the official sponsor of this event and annually runs a national campaign with insurance brokers to award the stars of the insurance market during the Jogo das Estrelas. In 2017, I had the honor of being one of the recipients of the Jogo das Estrelas Trophy, a significant recognition of my work and dedication in the insurance sector. This award stands out as one of the most important achievements in my career, highlighting my commitment and excellence in the insurance market.
