Leadership in the Custom Residential Insurance Project

I was awarded a scholarship to pursue the "MBA in Business Management with a focus on Insurance," offered to a select group of professionals distinguished in the insurance market. Out of a workforce of 86,000 professionals, only 50 were chosen for this scholarship.

The program brought together top industry talent, each tasked with developing or enhancing processes or products through a research project. My project led to the creation of the "Personalized Home Insurance," which became a sales champion and won the award for Best Home Insurance in Brazil from Proteste - Brazilian Consumer Protection Association.

In its first year, the product made a significant impact on the industry, insuring over 1.3 million homes and generating R$ 563.414 million in premiums, achieving a notable 14.58% growth in sales. Personalized Home Insurance remains a flagship and successful product at the largest insurance company in Latin America.
